Mio papà è rimasto incantato dalla bellezza del posto e della struttura, e dalla gentilezza ed accoglienza dei proprietari. Io sono rimasta molto colpita dall'ottima comunicazione con i proprietari sia via email che per telefono per effettuare la prenotazione ed organizzare i dettagli della visita (dal momento che vivo in Irlanda). La signora Elena, gentilissima, ha anche appeso un festone di Buon Compleanno per mio padre. Un piccolo gesto molto gradito da parte nostra e che rivela quanto i proprietari ci tengano a garantire un soggiorno perfetto ai clienti presso la loro struttura. _____________________________ I booked one-night stay at the Treno dei Sogni for my father as a birthday gift. My dad was delighted with the beautiful location and room, and the kindness and welcoming offered by the owners. I was very impressed by the excellent communication with the owners, both my email and phone, in order to make the booking and organise the visit's details (as I live in Ireland). Mrs. Elena was also so kind to hang a Happy Birthday banner for my father. A small gesture that was greatly appreciated by us and that shows how much the owners are adamant to guarantee a perfect stay for the clients at their place.”
